As the name suggests, Eventail has a fan-like shape. When completely opened, the sculpture creates a circle with a play of different heights, almost like a stairway. By rotating the three mobile planes that comprise the table, the piece can also assume the shape of a slice of cake. The surfaces feature a succession of shades of colours, highlighting the play of the rotation.
